Semicolon, Right Parenthesis
I am an actor, which should explain a lot, but probably doesn't, in point of fact. I enjoy quoting things at inappropriate times or situations.
I eat hearty, I drink deep, I laugh loud. I sing off key, I dance with strangers, I... pet puppies... I lost my train of thought.

I got an email today from Columbia, telling me that they were missing portions of my application, namely one of my letters of recommendation and my transcripts. After much frantic emails and a few phone calls, it turned out they had simply misfiled them.
And then I got a call saying they found my transcript, but it didn’t say I actually graduated. After my heart started again, it turned out it was hidden on the last page somewhere.
I don’t want to answer the phone again, in case the Admissions office burned down or something.
